I have gone to this shop for about 3 years. I always get box braids, which turns out beautiful. However, the one time I decide to switch it up and got butterfly locks. They did not come out right . Done by two people, different ways. And not what I wanted. I was very disappointed. I should have known that they did not know how to do those kinds of locks by the hesitation when started.
