My stylist was very helpful, providing me with product suggestions and making the whole experience wonderful. I was cautious about going to a new salon especially as a walk in but I was taken to someone a minute after I walked in and everyone was friendly and the place was very cute ! Just went in for a trim and my stylist was able to guide me through the cut with taking pictures to make sure I was comfortable with what she was doing and let me know her professional opinion about how to better care for my hair type.

I booked a consultation here for a retwist using the sister lock process. When I arrived for my consultation the stylist was quickly able to recognize that my dreads were too thick for this process to be used. She was kind enough to offer me a refund for the cost of the consultation and said she would text me to schedule an interlocking service which would work with my hair. I was never given a refund, and she never reached out to me to book the interlocking process. I called multiple times, sent direct messages on instagram... read more

First time going to this salon after 2yrs of getting my Sisterlocs and looking for a permanent home to do my reties. Stylist was late but she called and informed me. Provided guidance for hair maintenance and booking online is very convenient.
