EDIT: I have been using Rachel for over a year now going at least every 8 weeks for a touch up. I absolutely LOVE her work. Each time I go to her I have ZERO expectations but she ALWAYS blows my mind!! I went into Rachel with absolutely zero idea what I wanted done. I had my hair bleached and dyed here… I was unhappy with how my hair turned out so I messaged Rachel to see if I could get in to get my hair colored a darker shade. She offered to get me in a couple days later at no charge and I was happy with that, as I didn’t want to show up to work with bright orange hair (was supposed to be copper) .. later on that day, she messages me and says something came up and I would have to reschedule for a later date.
