I can RARELY get a phone call answered. Doesn’t matter when through out the entire work day.
Call their number to get actual opening hours information and do not rely on Google or their front door. Opening hours on Google and on the door of the clinic are inaccurate. Arrived at 8:30 on a Sunday (as listed on Google) to get in line, only to see the opening time being listed as 10:00 on the door. I waited in my car, then lined up in the cold at 9:45 to try to see a doctor. Nobody opened the clinic at 10 am. I always felt that I was wasting Nicholson's time. It is unfortunate that she cares more about her migrating lip fillers than her patients. Nicholson clearly does not know the indications or contraindications of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and I suggest she reads on it. Because of her unprofessionalism and lack of empathy, I'll never be back.
