To whomever is reading this and has a family doctor at this clinic, please file a complaint with the CPSO if you have felt mistreated by the staff. I know I have. They never pick up their phones, yell at patients, threaten you with letters that say you're going to lose your family doctor if you dare step foot in a walk in clinic to get urgent medical care instead of waiting a flipping month for a 10 min appointment, and much more. Absolutely unacceptable. The receptionist never answers the phone. I’ve called repeatedly throughout the day after missing a call from the office telling me to call back, and not once has anyone picked up. If your staff can’t manage the phones, hire more receptionists so patients can actually reach their doctor’s office. On top of that, they’ll call me in, say “the doctor’s ready, it’ll just be a few minutes,” and then leave me sitting there for 40 minutes or more and this has happened multiple times. Warning to Anyone who’s looking for doctor, you should NOT go to this clinic, because they are: 1. 99/100 times, unable to pick up patient phone call. And has no waiting list on the phone line. They will also be mad at you if you keep trying to call them. 2. Appointment confirmation email is unreliable. Sometimes there is email, sometimes nothing. 3. Front desk is cold hearted and mean. Especially the dark skin woman and the white woman who wears glasses. They resist to help patient and only give you cold robotic response.
The receptionist, specifically the Filipino looking lady is always extremely rude and condescending. I am surprised how she is still hired. Other staff are pleasant, it seems to be just her, but it gives a bad look to the clinic.
Enough is enough, I'm reporting the medical office staff to CPSO and using these google reviews as evidence. Goodbye :)
