Great company, great service and new ownership but the same great team!
Great people and service
Unprofessional, not responsive, costed me $232 in fine by the public health dept. I called them in Nov to schedule septic pumping for 2 properties (my residence and another house). The 2nd house was the urgency because I had already received last notice. They promised that it'll be done in time. On Nov 11th they came to pump at my residence and 2 days later I got the bill ($328) in mail but no mention of the other property which was urgent.
