I originally gave Standberg a 1 star but they have thus far made up for their mistakes.
Incredibly disappointed with this place. We set up an appointment for an estimate on a Saturday a week ahead of time. Took us 45 minutes to drive out there and it was closed. Now that they wouldn't even answer their phone. It's been over a week and they still have not called us back. Extremely disappointing. Terrible customer service. I don't like to give bad reviews but I need to be honest.
Strandberg is the best car repair shop I have ever dealt with. He fixed my car after hitting a deer and it looked good as new. He even washed and waxed it before pickup! I was 100% pleased with my experience. I will be using strandbergs for all my body shop needs . Thank you for real!
