Lived there for four years after the developer interior renovations. HOA dues skyrocketed once the developer left and Rapp Management took over. I was called a complainer because I thought they should walk the property on a regular basis. The elevator was so neglected, we even offered to pay the cost of replacing the flooring. We ended up moving to Palisade Palms where the management and maintenance is five star.
The Galveston Strand is indeed very Historic and a great place to visit. There are numerous shops, attractions, activities to indulge in on the Strand. It is well worth coming here for a visit. My wife and I frequent the Strand on a regular basis, year round.
