I hate to write this but feel it is necessary. I went here twice. First time was ok. I get roots touched up blonde. All of my hair is bright blonde. She uses PEROXIDE (which I haven’t heard of)instead of toner. I went again for same thing Aprox. 6 weeks later. I asked her not to use peroxide instead a toner. I don’t think she even has any. She rummaged through her things and said well try this. I came out orange , I told her it is going to stain my hair, she said it was oxidizing.
