I have to say this is by far the best set of attorneys I have ever gotten help from. Issac was great he checked on me almost daily and my interest was at his best heart. He always made sure I was ok and was very thorough. I can’t thank him enough
Their online intake person (possibly a bot) asked numerous questions and connected me to a lawyer immediately. This would have been great, except the lawyer who answered the phone seemed annoyed that I was connected. I explained my situation and she said she'd get back to me. She never did. They need to work on their online system to vet fit better, or at least work on their customer service and empathy.
