GREAT, quality products and speedy delivery without fail.
We have a company store where our employees can purchase items. I've had to spend an hour a week following up and each time I contact my sales rep Sara, it's like she's hearing from me the first time. There's been no acknowledgement or apologies on any delays and mistakes in receiving items late and without imprints.
