We have a company store where our employees can purchase items. I've had to spend an hour a week following up and each time I contact my sales rep Sara, it's like she's hearing from me the first time. There's been no acknowledgement or apologies on any delays and mistakes in receiving items late and without imprints. It's a month later and they continue to give me false information with no follow-up. I cannot get a manager's name although I've requested one three times. I've had the pleasure working with Ryan who is one of the sales reps based out of Boston. Stran and Ryan both have been very helpful with supplying products for our business. They deliver on time, look wonderful, and provide great pricing. Highly recommend!

*UPDATE* Modifying my review based on corrective action from General Manager Stran Midwest, Steve. Really appreciate the follow through and being kept abreast of product status and shipping. I have received one of the items from my order and can confidently say that the rest will be arriving in the very near future. Thanks for everything, Steve! Lackluster customer service.
