I had a very disappointing experience with this company. As a buyer's agent, they were supposed to represent my best interests, but instead, they were unresponsive, dismissive of my needs, and failed to guide me through the process effectively. What should have been an exciting home-buying journey turned into unnecessary stress due to their lack of professionalism. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive agent.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE GUYS. We came from sydney as we had booked a room in surfers paradise through Jerrys Air bnb we had confirmation of this. As we got to surfers paradise about 9am, jerry had told us we could possibly do a early check in. We called Jerry several times about the check in but never gave us a solid response.
