Eerie with no Kia's in the lot or showroom. Sales clerk was very pleasant and helpful. After my car was electronically diagnosed for the mystery problem it was having I would have liked the mechanic to come to me and tell me the diagnosis as I was sitting right there waiting but he quickly whispered to the receptionist and exited. They didn't have the almost $400 part to fix it, but I was unsure if it was wise or even safe to drive it as I had a two hour drive to get home from the garage. Staff is friendly, but the lack of communication is terrible. Tried to do a trade in and got two different numbers on the appraisal with in a mouth and of course they low balled me . It would have cost me more to trade in my vehicle than to get it upfront on the kia carnival. They didn't try to work with me or nor did they even look at my vehicle, they just did the pave thing for their assent. They weren't will to work with me so they lost my business and wouldn't recommend them, go somewhere else.
