The best. They do maintenance on my Generac generator. I had an issue with my generator and when the tech came out for maintenance he dealt with my issue in the most thorough & professional way. I am so pleased with the tech and Great Lakes Heating and Cooling Co

I was getting a new gas stove installed when the installers noticed a small gas leak , as per their instructions they could not continue until I called a plumber and got the leak fixed. As it was a weekend they only business I could get to answer phone was Straits Heating and Cooling and they came right away. Gabe was the tech who fixed the problem and finished installing the new stove. Wish I could give them more stars cause this is the 2nd time they have come to my rescue. Thanks Gabe you are awesome

I want to thank Corey Swope and Wade Peterson from Straits Heating and Cooling for working hard to make sure our boiler was working properly. We had a couple other companies look at it that were not able to figure out what was going on with it. Straits Heating and Cooling were able to diagnose the problem and fix it with what seemed to be relative ease. Thank you for your effort in fixing our boiler for us. Highly recommend them to take care of your heating and cooling needs.
