After at least three calls and messages for chimney cleaning, we called another chimney cleaning company. We were otherwise pleased with the last cleaning of last season.
We have had nothing but great caring professional service from Jason. In the past for inspection and cleaning and most recently the complete repair and replacement of our chimney due to storm damage. If you wait for a call, text or work to be done, be patient! He’s busy because he’s good!
The guy can't be bothered to return phone calls
Very reasonably priced and a great communicator.
Unfortunately I can not recommend this company for chimney repairs. After consulting with them last year, I was told I would be the first on their schedule this year to have repairs made to my chimney. I tried several times to contact them early this year and received no response.
