Well, one month since my boo-boo had to be euthanized. My heart is not yet healed. The staff was so , so kind and understanding I was moved. Never have I seen such compassion by an entire staff. They genuinely cared for my baby cat of 14 years. If ever I get another I shall be at their door on day one. I’ve never known people so professional and heartfelt. I miss my baby so much it hurts my soul. Thank you folks, thank you.
I had a cat. I took there around four years ago and their service was absolutely wonderful. after they spayed, the cat I requested worm and flea treatment. They did a worm treatment and thoroughly checked my cat for fleas and said he had none so no need to treat. They could’ve said he had please or assume they had fleas and treated, but they didn’t. They thoroughly checked his whole fur and body. Really pleased because they were so honest.
What kind of Vet hospital, when you call them to get your dog in, who has been quilled by a porcupine, just says “large animals only today”? I’ve never given a bad review before, but this is just absurd.
