The receptionist was very friendly. The care was OK. The billing process was very deficient. I asked several times when I would start seeing bills (being concerned about cost). I was told my insurance would cover 100% and there were no deductables. After 2 months of treatment I FINALLY started seeing paperwork on bills submitted to my insurance.
