I just took my first hip hop class with Lotus at Strait Bodied and it was amazing! What an incredible teacher and class. I got a great workout and had so much fun! I can’t wait to take more classes.

Love the studio space! I taught multiple Bollywood classes at this studio and love how easy it is to book and access! Studio space is always clean and there are multiple fans all around which is a huge help in AZ!

I've taken a few trampoline fitness classes here with a friend and I must say I cannot wait to get on a consistent schedule and get back in there!! Out of my 7 years in AZ, I've been dying to find a group fitness location I feel can comfortable in (regular gyms don't do it for me) a place where there's community, high energy, good music, a variety of classes, dance classes (this is my next mission to attend a heels and hip hop class), and again community !!!!
