Honest & Affordable These guys didn't play around when I had a line break in the front yard. They didn't talk to me like I was stupid- but explained the pros and cons of everything from a PVC to a copper replacement. I hope I don't need them- but if I do, they have a customer for life.
Will Pope Plumbing stand behind their work??? Wow...where to begin. We spent almost $40K with Nob Hill on our new home. They sent me invoices 1 year after we moved in saying that we didn't pay them. They double invoiced for items. Now we have a shower that won't work. I called to see about getting a new part. Was told it was under warranty. When I arrived to pick up part (after 4 weeks of waiting and no shower), I was told I had to pay for the part and I would have to deal with the manufacturer myself to get money back.
