Straight Up Solar was professional from the start. Perfect installation, communication and performance. Do your homework when searching solar companies as there are many nightmare scenarios. It was also refreshing to hear the Ameren employee speak highly of the company and how they instal correctly. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them to any family member or friends.
While checking the current production on-line subsequent to the latest snowfall, I noticed a WARNING note on a couple of my inverters. I called the StUS Service department, and a service ticket was generated. Within 2 hours, Jake contacted me letting me know that he had reviewed the inverters (website) productions and WARNINGs, and determined that several of my panels were snow covered, while others were not. Thereby creating the Production Comparison WARNING. The speed and accuracy of response to my call was GREAT!
