My system has operated flawlessly since installation. The monitoring app had some anomalies and errors recently, so I contacted the app company, SMA. Their tech support was all via chat, didn't provide any explanations, and just created more problems. I abandoned that effort. One short call to my local Straight Up Solar, and it was all fixed.

SUS installed 2 Powerwall 3 to our existing solar panels they installed back in 2023 with Enphase Micro Inverters, from the initial consultation, design, site visit, installation and follow-up the process was FLAWLESS.
