Bought some ice scratches and they are complete garbage. They tried arguing with me saying they were installed on the opposite side. If you have half of a brain and take 3 seconds to look at how they bent they were clearly installed correctly. They said I was out of luck and wouldn’t help me. Now I’m out $150

Walk in the joint and dude in his office jaw jacking about random stuff. Sees me walk in and offers zero help. Lights are basically off, random empty boxes at your feet when you walk in the place. No help what so ever. Place looked like a joke

Bought a pair of ice scratchers, they lasted a handful of miles. Called to try to find a solution. Told me I was SOL, all they would do is sell me another set of ice scratchers at half price. Reluctantly agreed to that. Lo and behold, the new set lasted the same amount of time. $200 into ice scratchers for nothing. Horrible product.

Y-Pipes have poor fitment and customer service is non existent with this company. I would not recommend or use again. Avoid doing business with Straightline Performance.
