I had Millcreek place a vinyl fence in my city back yard. In the process of installing the fence they crushed my sewer line. About 6months later is when I realized I was having sewer problems. I had a local plumber that came to the house and snaked the lines with a camera and realized that my sewer line was broken in my back yard. The line was dug up, and I had a fence post with concrete that had gone through my terra-cotta pipe in a few places.
