I’m so happy that I found this gem of a gym. The instructions are super motivating. I worked out with both Edson and Paige and they were incredible. You definitely sweat insanely but pushing yourself is the way to see change. I wished I lived closer but I will come again any time I visit this side of town.
This place was awesome! Some guy in a wolf costume helped me put on some jumping shoes and then played big bad wolf! I felt so alpha just dancing and jumping to the music, kicking my legs in the air. I came home feeling like an alpha wolf, and all I do nowadays is howl. Took a star off because I’m no longer in my human phase, just wolf.
