Great workouts and motivating instructors! I’ve been to two classes at Straight Up Fitness in Hawaiian Gardens and both were excellent. I took a HIIT class with Paige and a shoulders and chest class with Sonia—each workout was very challenging in the best way. Both instructors were motivating, knowledgeable, and kept the energy high throughout the class. I got a great workout both times and felt pushed without feeling overwhelmed. I’ll definitely be going back and highly recommend checking this gym out!
4/10 food, 2/10 atmosphere. Service is always slow. Food is not even Hawaiian. Do not come here
