we did a walk through for a move out clean and then she texted me an hour later and said she left. I had to move out 2 days later. sketchy lady. Cleaners Joy came the next day and cleaned in 2 hours for a way better price.
I needed my place deep cleaned. My mother in-law only gave me 2 days notice and I kinda panicked. I called SUC and she responded right away. I explained my problem and she thankfully had a spot available. She did a great job with the cleaning on very short notice and the price was a little below some of the bigger companies. I will for sure be using SUC again in the future.
I Would not use this service or recomend their service to anyone. I was overcharged and had to re- clean most of what they claimed to have cleaned. They didnt even mop the floors . When I tried to call and discuss my dissatisfaction they didn’t answer the phone or try to rectify the situation. They responded with a text message. Poor service and terrible customer service! Stay away!!!
Can’t say enough about this company. She is reliable and responsive and does a great job! I highly recommend her.
