My granddaughter has been seeing Ms. Deborah for about 6 months for a speech delay and we have been very thrilled to see the improvement with her speech since she started. She is excited to go see Ms. Deborah, which is a good thing. My daughter started speech therapy with Mrs. Deborah in September & within a month she jumped up from 4 words to 15 words. My daughter quickly bonded with her & responded really well to her. Soon after my daughter got strep & experienced an onset of behaviors that were out of her norm. Mrs. Deborah pushed me to look outside the box & find the root of the problem of what her body was experiencing. Deborah is absolutely fantastic! Coming to terms with your child having a speech delay can be really upsetting, but Deborah has always felt more like part of our family than a practitioner. She is so supportive and treats our daughter like her own! We love seeing our daughter’s personality unlock more each week and sharing these wins with Deborah makes it all the more special!
Deborah was not a good fit for us. She was fun and friendly, but she was not what we were looking for. We did the initial evaluation and two subsequent therapy sessions. During our initial consultation over the phone, she said she could easily get me some codes to file with my insurance to get in network benefits. She acted like it was no big deal. We’ve been a patient since 04/2023. Our pediatrician was less than helpful for some speach (lack of) from our nearly 3YO when we started. Mrs. Horran (owner) and Mrs. Switzer (Kathy!) are both amazing and sooo patient. Mrs. Kathy helped identify the problems - provided lots of feed back and a solid plan to get out guy to today.
