I had a great experience at this mechanical shop. Joe quickly diagnosed and fixed the suspension noise on my car without any unnecessary upselling. He is clearly very experienced and honest. He focused only on what was needed to solve the problem and didn’t try to charge extra. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for reliable and trustworthy mechanics.

I found myself in an emergency today on a wet and miserable morning and needed someone to do an emergency Blue Slip inspection for me. After ringing Straight Steer Automotive I explained my situation to Joe who despite being very busy told me to come by and he would help me. Joe basically saved my skin and dropped everything to help me which I could not thank him and his lovely Wife enough for! Joe went above and beyond to help me out and I’ll never forget that.
