Made a online order over a long weekend, decided to go a different route, so sent a email next day to cancel the order, 10 min after shop had open gotten a email telling me can cancel my order but there be 10% , restocking fee and return fee , come on order was not even processed at this point let alone it did anyone waste there time to pack the order for shipping or anything else, ill be sure to never buy anything else from this place again
Scam interaction with my bumper purchase. They have a photo of an oversized bumper but it’s for a stock sized bumper. It says free shipping when you buy it but the they tell you you owe more for shipping. Before paying for shipping I verified the size and found out it was smaller than the picture of the product, I cancelled the order. They want to charge me a restocking fee on something I never even completed the order on.

had a run around with the dealership nox sensor repair, dealership was way more.. but straight sideways had a way better solution to my problem, which I should done first instead of the nox repair, but I learned that these guys are honest, no bs, high quality knowledge. I even got a call back two weeks later asking how everything was. more family feeling, than just being an appointment or job. thank you SSC people
