They went above and beyond to help me get my truck back in good time. They are very fair with the hours they put in. I know how much of a hassle my truck (and myself) have been. They fixed problems caused by another shop. I trust this shop more than any other diesel shop I've been to. These guys actually care, which I've found to be a rare thing these days. I would recommend this shop for any and all vehicle work. Big thanks to Ben!!!
These folks are knowledgeable, skilled, and professionals. On top of that they’re service oriented and back their work. My “custom” work is things like headlights and wiring for dash cams. Trust these folks and all my vehicles custom needs. Shout out to Morimoto for backing their headlights in warranty too.
Made a online order over a long weekend, decided to go a different route, so sent a email next day to cancel the order, 10 min after shop had open gotten a email telling me can cancel my order but there be 10% , restocking fee and return fee , come on order was not even processed at this point let alone it did anyone waste there time to pack the order for shipping or anything else, ill be sure to never buy anything else from this place again
Scam interaction with my bumper purchase. They have a photo of an oversized bumper but it’s for a stock sized bumper. It says free shipping when you buy it but the they tell you you owe more for shipping. Before paying for shipping I verified the size and found out it was smaller than the picture of the product, I cancelled the order. They want to charge me a restocking fee on something I never even completed the order on.
Had a great experience with Straight Sideways Customs. The team was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I was in good hands. Easy to deal with and great service— I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
