I called Straight Shooter Plumbing on a Saturday due to my hot water heater not working. They sent someone out within a couple of hours and fixed it. WOW! I found our permanent plumbing service. We had an emergency plumbing issue at our office. I called and Carlos had a plumber re routed to our office while I was in the phone with him. Carlos is amazing at customer service! Ethan was our technician and he was so knowledgeable. He was professional, honest, and had us back up and running in no time. Ethan did an amazing job. I have an outdoor faucet that was not original to the house, a weird set up that looped into and out of the garage; he took the extra time to make sure it was done right.
Zach was great and so helpful. The scheduling was really easy and they were very accommodating.
