My experience here wasn’t a great one, mostly because some of the staff members were rude to me. Being treated with kindness and respect means a lot to me, especially since I’m a customer who always puts in an effort to do the same.
This was such a kind and patient staff despite my nervousness to get braces! I am still quite nervous about them despite it being over a month now and they continue to radiate supportiveness and kindness. I really love the vibe and aesthetics of their company, as well. Very good crew.
