I have dealt with a ALOT of horrible gutter places. Who kept postponing and did not keep their promises, or charge you a kidney, so I was extremely jaded about gutter companies. I highly recommend! I got an estimate for a closer, quick service, supposedly inexpensive company. My husband believes in getting at least 2 quotes. I called Straight Run on a Saturday. He answered, asked my general info about the project (old farmhouse, 30 foot on the front and back of 2 story house) and gave me their per foot costs. I called in May (I'm guessing peak season with the spring rains) and he gave me a general time frame of 3 weeks from then. Extremely sloppy. First, they don't come themselves for the estimate instead sends a friend to do estimates for a favor, who gets all the information incorrect and pitts their "friend" against their client. Second they do not quote you for what you asked for! They will leave things out! Third when you agree to a quote and time they won't show up or follow up!
