Thanks Andy and staff for fixing the Giant!! Andy kept me up to date with what was happening and I got the bike back in better shape then when it is at my house!
This place is fantastic and their customer service A++++. I emailed the store when I saw they carried the Pedego bikes. Ann replied back almost immediately and then asked if she could call me so we could discuss what I was looking for. She ordered in every model of the bike and then held onto the one we wanted so we could drive up from Omaha to test drive them. Ended up buying two bikes and a new rack. When we had an issue with the rack, Ann called Saris and had a new part sent to our house. My only regret? That they aren't ... read more
I love the staff and bikes, they ROCK!! they made my 50th birthday a dream come true
I still thank Ann today for "making" me test drive the TREK bicycle. I went only 50 yards and knew it was the bike for me. Weeks later I bought three more for family. The service I get from Andy and Wayne is always 5 Star. Ann is as professional as they come, she really cares about her customers and it shows. My payback to them is to continue to bring in treats. Not sure if they are happy to see me or the treats! Just kidding! Thanks again you guys for all you do!!
Excellent LBS! My wife and I have now purchased 5 bikes (we may have a problem...) from Straight River. The staff are superb - Ann, Andy, and Wayne are all extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. They have a great selection of bikes and gear in the shop, and can get anything they may not have in stock within a couple days. I would recommend this bike shop to anyone without reservation!
They always take great care of our family and all of our bike needs. Our girls love stopping in and they are always welcomed with smiles and kindness! Thanks Straight River team - and BTW we love our new bikes, the girls never want to stop riding!
I've bought two bikes from here and have had great customer service. I've had one bike in several times for tune ups and up grades and you can't ask for better guys to fix your bike then Wayne and Andy. Straight River Sports is a great place to buy bike and sports stuff and for customer service.
Wow!!! Service, friendliness, they even went so far as to stay open a bit late for a couple of out of towners passing through to make our trip much more convenient. They had the specific (highly sought after) bike rack we wanted and installed it for us and helped load our bikes!!! You must stop on in. Great folks!!!
