Connor Hamilton Construction Ltd (CHCL) requested & received a full site inspection and a complete copy of the completed architectural plans. Over 5 weeks later, CHCL submitted costs for electrician, plumber, painter, roofer, materials and labour - $217,200. CHCL actually eventually invoiced us $307,216 - +$90,061 (+41%) over the original!!
