Wendy was very prompt in returning my phone calls and very helpful in pointing me in the right direction to get help with my insurance claim. She was very professional and courteous and a great spokesperson for this company. She went above and beyond and was very empathetic towards my situation and put me in contact with someone who could help me. Highly recommend!
We hired this company for a full kitchen remodel and are extremely satisfied with the work! If you've never done a remodel (we hadn't) it won't go 100% smoothly but Straight Line was on top of any and all things, from scheduling the numerous subcontractors, to pivoting when I changed my mind on paint color or added something, to immediately fixing the few issues that arose.
