We were traveling to Lava Hot Springs pulling a trailer with a group of youth. Our vehicle started to overheat close to Lava. We tried a quick fix to try and seal the radiator and that didn't work. We were within days of our return trip. We called CAB Straight Forward Auto and the nice lady in the office sympathized with us, called a parts supplier in town and said they could replace the radiator if it was needed that very day. Friendly staff, quick repair service
Our truck broke down just outside of soda . We had our truck tolled to this shop . When we called the owner, he luckily answered the phone on a non- working day and was willing to work on our alternator. What a huge blessing for us . Great shop , friendly and I would recommend them to anyone.
That are good, trustworthy people. Took care of our car AND us, if that makes sense.
We were traveling through Soda Springs pulling a camp trailer when our truck started over heating. Straight Forward Auto pulled us right in and got us fixed up within a couple of hours. I figured they would take advantage of our situation but they were very honest and well priced. Also, it was a great location so the kids could go play at the park right across the street while we waited.
