We have worked with the Straight Flush team on several occasions this past year. They were able to figure out a hot water heater issue that nobody else could after 5 years of smell, they do regular maintenance to keep us up and running and just did a fabulous job installing 3 new faucets at a VERY reasonable cost. Donna, Office Manager is the kindest ever! Every time we reach out they are out within 24 hours, use our passcode as we are 7 hours away, and make everything perfect!!
They installed a new septic line in my house because the old one broke due to house settling on it. The new pipe seperated from the coupler into the citys mainline and backed up into my basement. Tried contacting them and sent pictures as well…no response. They installed a water heater that was too tall not allowing a proper drop distance for the gas vent and put it directly on the floor. Issac and Kaleb was out to fix a broken pipe at our home. They were so professional, respectful and did an awesome job. These were two of the nicest young men we have ever dealt with. Straight Flush is definitely a company worth going with.
