Placed my order on 8/18/21 and my credit card was charged immediately. Noticed today that the order still had not shipped. I called and found out that both items I ordered were not available even though at the time of my order they were available. I am now having to wait for a credit on my card. SD made no effort to let me know they were out of stock or issue the credit. IT TOOK ME MAKING THE CALL.
