After the guy looked at my tree, he gave me a great price. Then we came up with a day and time for him to show up and cut the tree down. We even shook hands on it. Well on the day and time that he was suppose to show up…no call no show. After waiting for an hour and a half, I decided to call him and asked him if he was going to come. He said he has other jobs that he needs to do and if he has time after those jobs, then he’ll come and cut my tree down. I got one word for that jerk…karma.

Outstanding performance by this company. We had four trees pruned and braced and could not be happier with their professionalism, safety, and results. We also enjoyed our chats with the owner, his passion for trees, and willingness to answer our many questions.

Joey and his crew not only did an amazing job at completing the work we needed, but were so incredibly professional and kind in every communication we had with them. They went above and beyond our expectations, and were very reasonably priced on top of it all. We could not be happier with the service they provided, and would give them 6 stars if we could.

This is the second time I’ve used Straight Cut, once before professionally, and this time for my personal home. Both experiences have been excellent. They are extremely professional, timely, easy to work with, and fair. Having discovered a diseased tree on our property, they promptly cut it down and removed it, leaving no evidence they were ever there. Best tree professionals around!
