Sadly had some dents on my car and reached out to Straight Auto Body. Worked with Zack and Alex who are fantastic! The professional care and explanation on the work needed is exceptional!! The entire team from reception, technicians and checking out is A+++++! Got an estimate on Thursday and had the repairs done on Friday! My car looks new! Will refer all my family and friends! We meet Alex when we took our Lexus for an estimate 7 months ago. He is courteous and professional. He will work with his customers to ensure their satisfaction. We like his demeanor and is attentive to answer any questions and concerns we had. It’s difficult to meet someone like that in auto body business. Straight Auto Body is also an authorized Lexus body shop that meets all of Lexus requirements. I did not hesitate to return to him most recently for more work. He is the REAL DEAL.

This place is awesome! My car's hood has been a nightmare. It had some scratches, and it was poorly repainted twice by a different body shop. So, I've been driving around for two years with a hood that looked awful. It was frustrating every time I walked up to my car and saw the shoddy work. I have known Simon for years and he runs a great shop. He is a very knowledgeable and professional owner. Nash helped with some estimates for body work on a family members' Priuses and they are competitive rates.
