My vehicle has been sitting there for 6 days and I called today to find out why I haven’t heard anything and Lee said no one has looked at it ! I am pissed because they told me different when I dropped it off about when they would look at it.
These guys know their stuff and are upfront and super helpful.
They fixed a broken axle on my car. Great work and very reasonably priced. Lee was top notch and very professional.
Lee at Straight Arrow was top notch with customer service. I was stranded 6 hrs from home, alone, hauling an empty horse trailer, when my check engine light came on and my transmission went into limp mode.
