Can't recommend Straight Arrow enough. Several times after getting my carpet cleaned by Nick I literally walked over to one area and just stared, smiling at the carpet because I couldn't believe what I saw. My carpet looked brand new. I figured the carpet in this area and a few other spots would forever look "well used" due to years of heavy traffic. Previous carpet cleaners provided mixed results, one bad, one good. Straight Arrow results were great.

Nick with Straight Arrow Carpet Cleaning was great to work with. He was on time, professional, and up front and clear on pricing. He came to clean a vacation rental carpets and soft furnishings, which people are very hard on. He was very knowledgeable about what he does and took the time to explain things and set clear expectations about what he could do (there was some badly damaged areas). I felt like his cleaning exceeded my expectations and he was very thorough. I will definitely use him again.
