Always on time and goes above and beyond!
Nick is a pleasure to work with. Prompt in responding to a request for quote, reasonable pricing and he did a fantastic job on both carpet and upholstery. I would highly recommend.
Nick was so easy to work with. He communicated well throughout the process, got everything done quickly, our carpets look amazing, and the price was very fair. I would absolutely recommend Straight Arrow every time!
Nick was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and detail oriented. We have a very large multi level house as well as two dogs and two cats, making his job much harder, but we are very pleased with the results!
Nick has cleaned our carpets twice. Friendly and professional, prompt and courteous. Goes over the price before he starts working, knows what he's doing and can get out the toughest of stains. This is the guy you want to hire right here
