Nick was super high speed and more thorough than an emergency room doctor. My 10 year old carpet has never looked this good. I have a feeling Nick would be mad at himself if a customer wasn’t happy. Just had my carpets cleaned by Straight Arrow Carpet Cleaning and Nick did an awesome job! He showed up on time, was super friendly, and got rid of stains I thought were permanent. The carpets look and smell great now. Highly recommend and would definitely use them again.

Can't recommend Straight Arrow enough. Several times after getting my carpet cleaned by Nick I literally walked over to one area and just stared, smiling at the carpet because I couldn't believe what I saw. My carpet looked brand new. I figured the carpet in this area and a few other spots would forever look "well used" due to years of heavy traffic. Previous carpet cleaners provided mixed results, one bad, one good. Straight Arrow results were great.
