Nick with Straight Arrow Carpet Cleaning was great to work with. He was on time, professional, and up front and clear on pricing. He came to clean a vacation rental carpets and soft furnishings, which people are very hard on. He was very knowledgeable about what he does and took the time to explain things and set clear expectations about what he could do (there was some badly damaged areas). I felt like his cleaning exceeded my expectations and he was very thorough. I will definitely use him again.

Nick and Straight Arrow Carpet Cleaning was an exceptional experience. He is professional, fast and had a very reasonable schedule. He was very informative of results to be expected and knowledgeable regarding the condition of the wear of the carpets and how this may effect the outcome. I was referred to Straight Artow carpet cleaning from a friend whose client had used them when they sold their home . Nick was quick to respond , professional and did a great job on the carpet in the bedroom as well as an area rug that sees a lot of traffic . I would use him again . You will not be disappointed !
