Ryan was super helpful to give a estimate over the phone based on how I described the layout of my house. He came up with a great way to route this through the attic and garage. Flat pricing, better estimate than most. Electrician was included and followed up later to finish that work. All very professional. Results showed on my meter within 25 hours and have held stable.
I had Ryan install my system a few years back. So far after years of use there has been no issue whatsoever. Ryan was very reasonably priced and responsive to all my questions even going above and beyond the radon to offer to help wrap up a sump pump install while he was at it. I am recommending Straight Answer when anyone else is in need.
Ryan was great to work with and reasonably priced. He went the extra mile to ensure the radon mitigation system was customized for my homes needs.
