Poor service, even worse customer service- poorest of the poor. Check with Better Business Bureau! No customer care follow-up, doesn't care that the delivery didn't get delivered or could even guarantee it would be her until next week (thurs to a Monday even though it was less than 70 miles away) (truck broken down). Wonder when it will get here? Spoke with upstream suppliers about their service and will report to BBB. Wrote letter to CEO.
