While Dr.Stragand is a very good listener. Her office staff is horribly rude(Kayla,Linda). If you attempt to call the office they cut you off before you can even get out what you are calling about, I have discussed this with Doctor and I personally feel they do not relay all messages to Dr. Stragand. Not only is office staff rude but can’t figure out why it’s so hard to get refills on medications so you don’t have to call and deal with her staff. Worst PCP office I have ever had to deal with. I scheduled my annual physical months in advance just so I could see Dr. Stragand and a couple days prior to my appointment (after I used vacation time off from work) decided to cancel. I then was told I would be seeing one of the Physician Assistants who charged my insurance for two visits. Do not recommend this PCP office at all. Office Staff named Kayla hung up on me two times when I had called to inquire about my bill. I never experienced worse customer service.
