She listens, does not rush through your visit and will explain things reasonably and with care. She is great at what she does!
Dr Stragand is nice, easy to talk with, but does not communicate with you. The practice has too many patients. This is the 3rd year I have had no communication concerning my anual bloodwork. No letter, no response via email or message in my online patient portal. I told Dr Stragand I had no communication during my physical this year. She is amazing
While Dr.Stragand is a very good listener. Her office staff is horribly rude(Kayla,Linda). If you attempt to call the office they cut you off before you can even get out what you are calling about, I have discussed this with Doctor and I personally feel they do not relay all messages to Dr. Stragand. Not only is office staff rude but can’t figure out why it’s so hard to get refills on medications so you don’t have to call and deal with her staff.
