After buying a washer from Stafford Appliance in Dover NH that was dead out of the box and told you paid for it you own it call the manufacture after a few days they replaced the washer but could not understand why the retailer would not have done it -I am with them on that ---so buying local from this company does not matter - I am hopping the owner does not display the lack of care his employees do Thank you whirlpool for stepping up and taking care of me-should have gone to home depot or best buy and received better ser... read more
