Lovely staff and management. My interactions with each and every one of the staff members I’ve met in the office(s) has always been so welcoming and warming.
Today I had a frustrating experience with the Nepean location of Stradwick Psychological Services that I feel compelled to share. After losing my credit card, I tried to reconcile my payments with the office. I spoke with Nikita, the assistant office manager, and while our conversation started off fine, it quickly took a turn. Nikita was condescending and dismissive, interrupting me and providing little to no solutions.
