Lovely staff and management. My interactions with each and every one of the staff members I’ve met in the office(s) has always been so welcoming and warming.
Today I had a frustrating experience with the Nepean location of Stradwick Psychological Services that I feel compelled to share. After losing my credit card, I tried to reconcile my payments with the office. I spoke with Nikita, the assistant office manager, and while our conversation started off fine, it quickly took a turn. Nikita was condescending and dismissive, interrupting me and providing little to no solutions. Highly recommend! All staff members are very friendly and welcoming. Very Calming atmosphere almost spa like! Highly highly recommend!
