It says on the door that they're open till 7:00 but it was closed so we called the number ,when the owner answered, we said the opening times,he said we had to make an appointment, we asked questions about the 2002 thunderbird, pointed out some quite visible defects on the exterior,asked if it had been been in an accident, he said no, he was extremely rude said to us I am not selling it to you because you are to negative,we were simply asking questions,he hung up on us.Never have seen such rudeness, do not go there,I do not ... read more
Bought my daughter’s first car last summer. Was told the motor had been changed and was an excellent car. Did not sign as it. Turned out the frame was rusted and the motor is finished. Took it to a Hyundai Dealership and found the motor was never changed and was done. Paid 5000.00 for garage and the owner of Straders doesn’t care. Very very disappointed in this dishonest company.
