I was referred to Stradbrook implant centre. Stradbrook called me and they booked me in within 2 to 3 weeks for my appointment. The day before I called and checked to see if my appointment was still going ahead. I spoke to Melissa she was extremely helpful and checked my contact details and sent forms to fill in ready for next day.I arrived and the friendly receptionist directed me to waiting room. I did see another review about how kind and sympathetic Stradbrook was, but that wasn't my experience. I'd use words like brisk, businesslike and efficient. They were running a bit late that day, maybe 15 minutes. They were almost graphically clear about the risks a wisdom tooth extraction involved, and stressed those risks heavily and repeatedly. Been at Stradbrook Dentists for a long time, Amanda Joyner was superb. But now retired I was nervous about my new dentist. Christine is Amanda reborn , the best
