really lovely staff fit me in with no booking for my eye ouchie and were so thorough and got it all fixed in the end! so grateful, thanks ladies :)
Doctor pleasant and thorough however reception staff have very poor understanding of their booking system and do not quote patients correctly. I was quoted 10 dollars for the three of us to have pathology done by a nurse. Then without my consent was charged 3 full consult fees and told that I just had to pay it. Very very dissatisfied and then followed up by the receptionist informing me I was being unreasonable. Will never be using this service again and do not recommend.
On holiday and developed severe stomach ailment . Saw Dr.Patrick on Monday who was most efficient and immediately had samples sent for testing and checked my other symptoms. Came back today as food poisoning and Dr. Patrick rang me at home today with results and ongoing treatment plan. I am extremely grateful for the service provided by this Medical Clinic.
