Literally the exact same thing happened to me as the other reviewer Jason described. I purchased a pair of pedals from Liam and after months of back and forth and him saying “they’ll be out for shipment next week” I asked for a refund and he demanded an absurd 25% restocking fee. Had to take it up with Visa. I do enjoy reading the hilarious email exchange between Liam and I where at one point after assaulting my character he threatened to “tell Favero about this” and have me blacklisted? from using their products? Buyer beware. Liam cannot or refuses to ship product and then continually promises future delivery dates, each one passing with no email communication from him. After 3 months, I asked him for a full refund to shop elsewhere, and he refused to give me my money back. I had to take the issue up with VISA. Liam responded by sending me profamity-laced and unstable emails. Buyer beware.
