Great company, great service. Service advisor Chris was knowledgeable, courteous and very helpful. He was informative and quoted a very reasonable price. The service was great and timely. Tech Rico and tech Ryan were very informative , knowledgeable and professional. Will certainly use Strada again.
The service technician was on time and called ahead to insure we were home. Gavin Doty did a great job explaining all the features, components and the required maintenance for the installed system.
Strada worked with me to convert my system to include humidity control with a new thermostat, a reconfigure of the builder spec system, to and a rewire to take advantage of the variable speed fan the builder had spec'ced to be single speed. My home is so much more comfortable afterwards.
