The Strada team for Tampa of Jason, Brian, and Jorge that came for our AC service was awesome. They resolved our request and were very knowledgeable, informative, pleasant, patient, and hardworking. They made sure that we were comfortable and made us feel very confident that they could resolve our request. They even came in after resolving our request to help us set up our app for the thermostat. Our technician/plumber Dustin did a fantastic job fixing a leaky exterior spigot. He was friendly and informative and completed the work promptly. I thought the pricing was a little high, but that’s not his fault.
