This will be their 3rd trip for heat not coming on and outside unit not running. I don't recommend since their technicians don't know how to troubleshoot in addition I have to wait one day to get heat when i called early morning.

Jorge was friendly and professional. He was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. Gave us a few recommendations for our central air to work more efficiently.

This company keeps making appointments and not showing up. And when questioned about it, they claim they don’t have the right telephone number yet they’ve been able to text me for the last six months on this number. I would never use this company except that it was part of my purchase when I bought a home from THE VILLAGES they have the contract. Do not use this company if you can avoid it.

Called Strada today b/c our A/C interior coil was freezing. Closed on our home at Beaumont in March of 2023 (Wildwood, Fl). another A/C company checked system and indicated Strada should cover cost under warranty. Strada installed unit negligently and should be covered under warranty. Strada and Horton should cover this. I note many of installers tools were left inside closet where A/C unit is located. Would not use this company. They are “bad actors” and sloppy. Ask 4 people 4 class action lawsuit’.
